We can not understand why you would return a CRYPTOTAG product, but if that's what you want, you can do so by following the steps below.
You can return:
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, provided that the product has not been used. If the product is used or damaged, you can not return the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of hardware wallets if the seal wrap has been removed or damaged.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the date of cancellation to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount within 14 days after we receive the product. The consumer must pay the costs for returning the product.
